Documents go directly to VGS
Identity documents, proof of address and invoices are collected through Very Good Security. The application form receives aliases that refer to those documents instead of containing the original file contents.
Portal security
How your documents are protected.
The portal separates document handling from the public website and limits what is included in the application submission.
Restricted portal access
The client workspace requires a verified portal session. Administration and document-retrieval functions use separate server-side controls.
Credentials stay server-side
VGS read credentials are stored in Netlify environment variables and are not exposed in the browser or included in form submissions.
Safer browser use
Use a trusted device, avoid public Wi-Fi where possible, check every file before uploading and sign out when you finish.
Draft behaviour
Workspace feedback is stored only in the current browser tab. Sensitive identity fields and uploaded document contents are excluded from the draft cache.
